I bought this a few years ago and loved wearing it, but I haven't had a chance to wear it this year, so I'd like someone who loves it to have it. Are there any fans of cute brands like Foxey, Alma Rose, and To Be Chic? There's a white scuff mark on the collar, but it's not very noticeable. The second snap button from the bottom is a little loose. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about these issues or cannot understand that this is a used item. There may be other oversights, but I'm selling it at a low price, so please understand.
