Washed and stored carefully with wetsuit shampoo after each wear. There is some deterioration of the outer rubber. See photo 8, the seat area. I confirmed with someone who works at Patagonia that rubber peeling is a common occurrence, and that there is no water penetration and no problem even if it peels. There are no tears or scratches.
