The combination of Scotchgard-treated water and oil-repellent embossed leather and water-stop zippers with a pattern that resembles the grain of leather enhances not only functionality but also design. Domestic raw cowhide is used for the main material. After chrome tanning, synthetic and vegetable tannins are used in combination to re-tan the leather so that the leather's firmness and the embossing of the shrink come out well. Scotchgard chemicals are added to the leather during the fatliquoring process, and fine shrink embossing is applied to the finish to enhance the compatibility with the pattern of the zipper tape.
