This is a GAP down jacket with feathers. I used to dress my baby in it when we lived in a very snowy area. My baby never caught a cold even in the dead of winter. It was very useful for stroller walks in the cold. There's some dirt from storage, but it looks like it could be removed with a tightly wrung towel. Sold as is.
