After that, I used it less frequently and it has been stored at home. It has an inner pocket. It has a gusset and plenty of storage capacity. The length of the strap is adjustable. (Strap length: shortest 62cm, longest 117cm) I think it can be worn by men if adjusted to the longest length. Please refer to the photos for other sizes. The lower part of the Velcro fastener has come off slightly, and the adhesive strength is somewhat weak when trying to fasten it in that area.
