This is a manners pouch for pets. It's clean, as it only contained unused waste bags. It was only used as a pouch, and was attached to a pet carrier, not worn over the shoulder. The pet carrier itself hasn't been used much, so the usage frequency is quite low! This pouch reduces the odor of dog waste. Please purchase only if you understand that this is a used item (*^^*)
