It was located near the super balls, so I think it's a toy that you float in water and scoop up at festivals. There are no markings, so the manufacturer is unknown. I believe it's from the late 70s to the 80s, but the details are unknown. I've researched it, and it seems there are also Corythosaurus and carnivorous dinosaurs.
