There is a scratch on the bottom corner of the spine from when it was purchased (see photo 8). Overall, there is age-related deterioration, but I don't think there are any noticeable tears or odors other than photo 9. Note: Not suitable for collectors. Other notes: Stored at home. I have a cat, so I do not recommend this for those with allergies. Also, cat hair may be attached/mixed in. There may be initial stains or scratches that I have overlooked. Please understand that this is a personal inspection. Will be shipped with water damage protection.
