This is a set of safety scissors and folding scissors. The safety scissors open with an internal spring, making them easy for children with weak grip strength to use, perfect for children's scissor practice. There's little worry of cutting your hand. The folding scissors open and close as shown in the picture. They are compact and have a chain, making them convenient to carry. Both have been used infrequently, so I think they are in good condition.
