I was using a case, but perhaps because the case and charger didn't work well together, I had to insert the charger into the charging port with some force several times. As a result, the contact between the console and the charger gradually became poor, and the charger became loose. Currently, even when inserted into the console, it doesn't stay in place and the power doesn't turn on. I don't have any other chargers, and if the charging port is faulty, I don't think I can repair it myself, so I'm putting it up for sale.
