I'm not sure if it's souffle yarn, but it stretches well and has a soft, fluffy feel. The sleeves are shaggy and puffy, which is cute. The body of the sweater also has a slightly raised design from the time of purchase (please see the enlarged photos). It's a size M, but it's roomy and seems to be slightly oversized.
