This is a 3-piece set of headgear, gloves, and leg guards for kickboxing, karate, and striking martial arts. The headgear is a full-face guard for beginners, size XL. The gloves are free size, for both men and women. The leg guards are size L and are professional specifications. I once injured my hands and feet in karate, but I still wanted to spar, so I bought this set and used it only once. However, I realized that I shouldn't do it until my injuries healed, and I haven't used it since. Therefore, the items are in almost new condition. I am not able to sell the items separately.
