Wooden ratchet/rattle. I bought this in Germany during a past soccer World Cup. It seems to be used as a cheering item, and it makes a loud noise when you swing it around. It has a colorful design in black, red, and yellow, like the German flag. It shows signs of use, but there are no major damages or stains. Please check the photos.
