I bought this about 9 years ago, but I was using it until yesterday (December 28, 2025), so it works without any problems. I mainly used the microwave function, and the oven function about once or twice a month. I have never used the superheated steam function, so the water supply cassette is unused. There are almost no scratches on the outside. I cleaned the inside as much as possible, but there are some stains and signs of use that I couldn't remove after using it for many years (please check the photos).
