This is an old pressed sushi mold that I've been using since my mother's generation. It's been kept clean, but shows signs of use. It's well-made. It has a wood-burned mark of Kiso Hinoki cypress, which is probably rare these days, so I'm offering it for sale. The outer dimensions are approximately 24 cm x 11 cm. The inner dimensions for the sushi are 18 cm x 5.5 cm. I remember making it with a little less than 1 go (about 180ml) of rice.
