This is a Dynasty marching mellophone. Both the pistons and the tuning slides move smoothly. The pistons make a slight rattling sound. I think it can be fixed by replacing the felt, which is damaged. I don't think there are many dents. I bought this used to practice the mellophone, but I didn't improve much, so I gave up and decided to sell it. First come, first served.
