I believe this is a fundoshi (traditional Japanese loincloth). It's made of gauze fabric and feels very soft against the skin. I would be happy if someone skilled in handicrafts could remake it. It's new and unused, but has been stored for a long time. I don't see any stains or dirt, but I apologize if I missed anything. Thank you for your understanding.
