You can recreate special forces and soldiers from movies and FPS games with high quality. American GI Joe is famous, but the 1/6 and 12-inch sizes are the main sizes. There may be slight size differences depending on the manufacturer, but weapons, combat uniforms, helmets, and equipment are basically compatible [some may require modification to attach]. In Japan, there are almost no stores that carry them even in Akihabara, and online purchases are the main way to buy them.
