This is a STEADY dumbbell set! There are two bars that can also be used as barbells. There are a total of 4 handles that can be used as dumbbells. There are also 4 plate fasteners. Dumbbell plates: 1.25kg x 8 plates, 1kg x 8 plates I have not used this set even once after purchasing it. However, there are some stains that seem to be from the original manufacturing process. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about this.
