I purchased it new a considerable number of years ago. Both the operation and the lighting are in good working order. There is no noticeable damage to the car bodies. Also, the included decals are unused. There are minor scratches on the sleeves due to use. Please refrain from purchasing if you are a nervous person, as this item has been in someone's possession.
