This is the abrAsus thin notepad (old model, opens vertically). It's an innovative product designed to use folded A4 paper as compact memo sheets. I used to use this, but I stopped carrying a memo pad, so I've been storing it. There's some slight discoloration from use, but the body is durable, so you can use it without any problems. It has a pen holder that fits a small ballpoint pen, but since I sometimes wanted to use a mechanical pencil, I bought a pen that has both a ballpoint pen and a mechanical pencil separately and used that. I'll include the two pens.
