These are lights purchased at Disneyland and DisneySea. My children have been begging me to buy them every time we've gone for the past 12 or 13 years. They haven't been turned on in 6 or 7 years, so the batteries are dead. I can't confirm if they work. The shop's tape is still attached, as it was when I bought them. Batteries are not included, so please purchase them separately. They all use button batteries. I used them around my neck for a few days after I bought them, but after that, they were stored in a box. I didn't see any major scratches or stains. I apologize if I missed anything.
