It was purchased new by me from the internet or a store, and is unbuilt (the inner plastic bags are unopened). The boxes may have scratches, dents, price stickers or sticker residue, or some discoloration due to being stored. The contents are as good as new. There are no missing parts. Regarding packaging: We will use poly caps for packaging and shipping. Please refer to the photos for an example of the packaging. We will fill any large gaps with newspaper to prevent the product from moving around. Thank you for your interest.
