Thank you for viewing. This is a Powerpuff Girls figure set. There is no outer box; they were stored in a toy box with other figures. I believe I purchased them approximately 20 years ago. As shown in the third photo, Buttercup's foot has some paint peeling. I remember it peeling when I was attaching it to the base (though I'm not certain). I believe there are no missing parts for the characters.
