I received this as a hand-me-down, so I don't know when it was purchased. It has a mesh liner and an elastic waistband. There's also a drawstring at the waist, so the size can be adjusted. There's some damage to the inner mesh lining, but the rest of the item has no noticeable stains or damage and is still in good condition. (Please note that the writing on the tag will be marked out.)
