This is a familiar red children's raincoat. It comes with a removable hood and a drawstring case. I bought it for my daughter, but she outgrew it after only a few wears. It should fit children around size 80-100. As you can see in the photos, it's in good condition and all the parts are included. I remember buying it for around 10,000 yen. I'm open to price negotiations if the amount is small.
