I've confirmed that everything works, including the microphone. However, I haven't tested the effects connections as I don't have any effectors. I tested it by connecting a guitar wah pedal, and the effect seemed to work without any issues. There is no scratchiness in the faders or volume knobs. The adapter is not included.
