I'm selling this because it no longer fits my waist. The tag says waist 65-67cm, skirt length 60cm + 3.5cm. The belt is 3.5cm long, and the skirt length from the bottom of the belt is 60cm. The outer fabric is 60% wool, 40% rayon. The lining is polyester, according to the tag. There are pockets on both sides. It has been washed with dry cleaning detergent.
