I received this from a relative and have been using it. As shown in the second photo, there are black pen marks near the round hole of the centipede's tail and on the back of the square wooden piece sandwiched in yellow. It's a bit old, but it's still usable for playing. I've wiped it with disinfectant wipes, but it was used by a small child, so please understand that.
