I don't wear this often, as I only wear it on special occasions, such as when going for afternoon tea. The ribbon on the chest is removable. The skirt has a design where the hem is longer on the left and right sides. I purchased this on the Narumiya online store and have kept it at home after wearing it. I have washed it, so there may be some slight fuzzing. This is a used item, so please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned.
