This is a top that can be worn before and after childbirth. The arm area is sheer. I wore it a few times, but the neckline is a bit wide, so I stopped wearing it and it's been several years. I no longer need it, so I'm selling it. It has a nursing opening (on both sides). It can be worn loosely by pregnant women or anyone else! There are no noticeable stains, but since it's used, the item condition is listed as "slightly damaged or stained."
