This is a Royal Copenhagen 1949 year plate featuring "Our Lady's Cathedral, Copenhagen." Since the first edition in 1908, this historical series has depicted various landscapes every year. This piece has a warmth from being hand-painted and beautiful blue gradations, making it popular as a collector's item. This is a "second quality" item, with a scratch on the wave mark on the back and a white spot on the left side of the surface, but there are no cracks or chips.
