Originally, this product is called a "bedwetting protection towel skirt," but I bought it on Amazon thinking it would be good for water play. It has two layers, the outer and inner fabric, and the back of both layers is laminated with polyurethane. There is one snap button at the hem to prevent it from riding up (see photo 1). Thank you.
