Instant purchase is welcome. This is the Nikon soft release AR-9, which was discontinued a while ago. When you attach this to the shutter button, the pad of your index finger gets used to the height, and you'll feel a sense of discomfort without it. It was one of Nikon's top-class, cheap but essential accessories. I'm also selling one without a box, but while organizing my parents' house, I found one with a box, so I'm listing it. I bought this one new a long time ago.
