Please assess the condition based on the photos. I don't know the origin or type of the washi paper, but based on the size, it's likely Machida-ban. It has a cherry blossom-shaped watermark. Although I'm a calligraphy novice, it might result in a work with a deep, rich flavor unique to Showa-era washi paper from over 50 years ago... How about it for calligraphy practice or research?
