The RISU Smart Posture Improvement Pen is equipped with a 360-degree proximity sensor and a microchip. The sensor automatically detects the distance between the pen tip and the eyes. When the user slouches, the pen tip retracts, and when the user returns to a good posture, the pen tip extends. It has been upgraded to a metal pencil that doesn't need sharpening and allows for long writing sessions. It reproduces the smooth writing feel of a pencil. Using a triangular shaft that guides the user to the correct way of holding the pen, the user can naturally grip the mechanical pencil correctly by holding it with their thumb, index finger, and middle finger, fitting the triangular shape. This makes it perfect for children who are using a mechanical pencil for the first time. In addition to the weight of the chip and sensor, the use of metal for some parts achieves a low center of gravity and stability, realizing the appropriate weight needed for writing carefully. The batteries used are CR927. The replacement目安 (estimated time) is about 2 months. There are individual differences because the pen tip retracts more frequently when the posture is poor, leading to faster battery consumption.
