The ribbon under the bust can be tied to create a fluffy look. As shown in the photos, the lining and ribbon have a crinkled finish from the start, making it a very elaborate design. The purchase price was between 11,000 and 12,000 yen. The neckline is quite low, so you'll need to wear an inner layer.
