This is a folding umbrella from Hysteric Mini. I purchased it over 10 years ago and have kept it stored indoors without ever using it outside. There is some discoloration (like sun fading) due to aging. There are also small scratches on the handle. The opening mechanism works properly, so I believe it can be used as an umbrella without any problems.
