Vintage Federal, Mickey and Donald Pedestal Mugs with Handles (footed mugs) Federal milk glass products are widely known among American vintage collectors, along with Fire-King (Anchor Hocking). Among them, mugs featuring Disney characters are very popular as collectibles. The bottom markings are Mickey "HEAT PROOF U.S.A 24" and Donald "U.S.A 7", indicating original Federal Glass from the 1970s, officially licensed Disney vintage milk glass pedestal mugs. (The numbers "24" and "7" are mold numbers, used for identifying molds within the factory and production lots, not for specifying the exact year.)
