This is a non-sale, hard vinyl figure made by Nostalgic Heroes. It was given as a limited edition item about 25 years ago to those who purchased 10 or more vinyl figures from Heroes' electric size series and sent in the tags (headers) attached to the packaging. The bag is original, but it's dirty due to its age. The closure was originally sealed with red vinyl tape, but it has come off due to deterioration. The figure inside is, of course, brand new and has never been displayed. The figure itself is approximately 25cm tall.
