I believe it was an Australian manufacturer (made in China). My child wore it on weekends for one season. They spent a whole day outdoors in the dead of winter, and this down jacket seemed to keep them very warm. There are stains on the sleeves, cuffs, hem, and near the zipper. They're not immediately noticeable, but there are a few spots if you look closely. However, because it's a really warm down jacket, it's recommended for outdoor play or going to school, assuming it will get dirty. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about the stains. The color is a pinkish red (or a reddish pink?) kind of color.
