Nagoya Seitosho (MEITO CHINA) has its roots in the "Teikoku Seitosho" established in 1911 by "Kotaro Asukai," who had worked as an engineer for Noritake. It seems that NARUMI started from the factory built in Narumi in 1938. Unfortunately, Meito China was dissolved in 1969. I believe this was made for export before the war, judging from the backstamp. I will borrow the framework of Noritake, who I believe were working hard during the same era. I don't think it has been used much, but there is some gold paint flaking under the cup handle.
