This figure features a new sculpt, distinct from the previously released "Kamen Rider New 1" and "Kamen Rider 1 (Sakurajima Ver.)" in the Shinkocchou Seihou series.
Furthermore, the scarf around the neck uses a fabric part with a built-in wire, allowing for natural fluttering through the rotation of the base part and the movement of the wire.
