I deconstructed an Oshima Tsumugi kimono, hand-washed it, ironed it, and made a reversible vest. The front of the vest is made from sturdy Oshima Tsumugi fabric with a black base and a red grape pattern. The back of the vest is made from white Oshima Tsumugi. It can be worn layered over shirts or knitwear in the coming seasons, and is useful as a reversible garment.
