I've worn it regularly since I bought it, but there are no noticeable stains or tears in the fabric. I don't think there's much fading of the denim either. There are no missing buttons. This is a USED item, so please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to this or if you judge items by the same standards as buying new ones from a store.
