I think the top part in the back is missing. Since it's quite old, there are some scratches, dirt, and dents. However, I don't think the scratches and dirt are unpleasant. There's also a sticker that says "Durable and Safe on the Shinkansen, Ichiko Toys," and I think it's a wonderful, vintage item. It runs smoothly when pushed back and forth.
