You can perform fixed RNG manipulation for shiny legendary/semi-legendary Pokémon using the HeartGold and Platinum software, so I moved the Pokémon I caught to this Pearl software. All of them have 5 perfect IVs (excluding Attack) and were caught in a Luxury Ball. No effort values (EVs) have been trained; they are in the state they were just caught.
