This is a neck support sheet for baby carriers, designed to prevent a baby's head from flopping forward when their neck isn't fully stable. It's only used for a short period, from when the baby can be held upright in the carrier until their neck is fully stable. I bought it new and washed it once before using it. There's a little bit of dirt, but it might come out with washing. I'll give it to you as is, so please wash it before you use it. You can remove the cardboard insert and wash just the cover.
