These are hanging scrolls of masterpieces from the National Palace Museum collection, purchased by my mother, who used to run a calligraphy class until about 25 years ago. They are unused and have been well-preserved, maintaining the quality of the hanging scroll itself. 【Ming Dynasty, Shen Can, Cursive Script of Ancient Poems】 Published October 31, 1983 The hanging scroll itself is wrapped in soft paper and stored in a paulownia wood box, which is then placed in a cardboard box (Photos 2-5). The wrapping paper and cardboard box show some staining, and a part of the top of the paulownia wood box is peeling (Photo 3), but there are no damages or stains on the hanging scroll itself (Photos 6-9). A colophon is affixed to the lower section inside the paulownia wood box (Photo 4), and the original price tag is affixed to the bottom of the cardboard box (Photo 20). 【Ming Dynasty, Song Ke, Poem of Public Banquet】 Published April 30, 1984 This one is also wrapped in soft paper, placed in a paulownia wood box, and then stored in a thick paper box and a cardboard box (Photos 10, 12, 13). Again, the wrapping paper and cardboard box show some staining, but there are no damages or stains on the hanging scroll itself (Photos 14-19). A colophon is affixed to the lower section inside the paulownia wood box (Photo 12), and the original price tag is affixed to the bottom of the cardboard box (Photo 20).
