This appears to be Umoregi Zaiku (buried woodcraft) from Sendai. It's a small tray with a landscape of Matsushima carved into it, likely a souvenir. It seems to be in relatively good condition, but it doesn't appear to be unused, with some small scratches. Please consider this if you don't mind.
